1. Why do you use PayPal in your checkout process?
The shopping process is completed through PayPal. PayPal uses SSL technology to protect your personal information. Your financial security is a priority that is why I chose PayPal. 2. What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is USPS First Class or Priority. Please allow 10 business days to insure a timely delivery. Your purchase will be insured for retail value and a tracking number will be provided. You will be notified by email when your purchase is shipped and given your tracking number.
If you would prefer your shipping to expedited quickly, please contact me by phone or email for shipping rate prior to purchase. back to top
3. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 15 days of purchase. Returns require an RMA number. Refunds will be given when product is returned in the same condition that it was shipped within 30 days of purchase.

4. Do you have the same products at events that are on your website?
An item that is listed online may be taken to a event; therefore, the potential for the item to sell in both places exists. Unfortunately, if a product is purchased online the same day as an event, the online purchaser will be notified that day and the sale will be credited back to you. All jewelry items are one of a kind and cannot be replicated. Online inventory is updated when each event is completed to keep the inventory up to date. 5. What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy and personal information is very important. You information will never be shared or sold to a third party. Your information for payment is done on PayPal's secure site. back to top
6. How do I care for Sterling Silver?
Sterling Silver looks best when maintained properly. Keep your Sterling Silver in plain tissue wrap in a sealed polyprppelene bag when not being used. Wash periodically with mild soap and water to keep tarnish to a minimum. Always rinse well and be sure to dry completely before wearing or storing. A silver polish cloth can be used to clean and prevent tarnishing, too, and always follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.
Jewelry is packaged in designer recycled polypropelene pouches for shipping. This pouch is perfect to help keep Sterling Silver from tarnishing.
Sterling Silver will tarnish. This is not a defect but the result of a natural chemical process that occurs when Sterling Silver is exposted to chemicals in the air. Humid environments accelerate tarnishing ,as do, wool, rubber bands, and latex gloves. Avoid wearing jewelry of any kind in hot tubs or swimming pools as the chemicals may harm the silver. back to top
7. How do I care for Sea Glass?
Sea Glass can be cleaned with mild soap and water and a soft brush. If the Sea Glass is in Sterling Silver, then follow the instructions above for the silver cleaning. If a silver polish cloth is used with Sea Glass jewelry a black residue may appear on the Sea Glass. This is easily removed with mild soap and water and a soft brush. Be sure to use a soft brush gently and only if necessary to avoid scratching the silver.

9. Why should I subscribe to your newsletter?

10. How are your products gift wrapped?
Jewelry is packaged and shipped in designer, eco friendly, non woven fabric pouches made from 100% recycled polypropylene. These bags have the same look, feel, and durability as cloth. The fabric pouch is perfect to store and protect your Sterling Silver jewelry.
A gift wrapped purchase is then boxed in a designer black gift box and trimmed with silver satin ribbon. A gift card is included with a message of 25 words or less. back to top
